HSPC does not allow you to directly delete a domain from the client control panel. To have a domain removed requires that you first do the following steps in this order:
- Remove any site associated with the domain.
- Remove any email addresses associated with the domain.
- Remove any mail forwarding associated with the domain.
- Remove any mailing lists associated with the domain.
- Remove any MX records associated with the domain.
- Remove any hostnames associated with the domain other than the base hostname.
- Once the above steps are done, contact Support by phone (888) 509-0025 or send an email to support@advantagecom.net and request that the domain be removed. This must be from a contact on the account.
