How do I add or remove MX records for my MDH hosting account?

To add an MX record "example.record.domain.com" for a domain:

  1. Click on your domain name.
  2. Click on DNS.
  3. Select 'MX' from the "Add a DNS Record" drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the Add button.
  5. Leave the first text box empty.
  6. Enter "example.record.domain.com" in the "Enter mail exchanger" text box.
  7. Select '10' from the "Specify priority of mail exchange server" drop-down menu.
  8. Click on the OK button.

In the above, substitute "example.record.domain.com" with the appropriate hostname, without quotes.

To remove a MX record for a domain follow these steps:

  1. Click on your domain name.
  2. Click on DNS.
  3. Check the box to the right of the MX record you wish to remove.
  4. Click on Remove Selected.
  5. Confirm that you wish to remove the MX record.

Repeat the above steps for the other hostnames, using the proper hostname and priority.
